Over the course of two consecutive weekends in May, I'll be cycling a whooping 200 miles (320 km) to raise funds for the British Heart Fundation (BHF) and Oxford's Gatehouse.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
The Gatehouse is a drop-in cafe in Oxford with an open door for anyone who is 25 or over. It exists to provide a calm, safe refuge for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed.
