We've joined together to raise money for the Alzheimers society. We will be doing this by taking part in a memory walk on the 14th September. All the money we raise will help to support people living with dementia and their families.
Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a dementia cafe session every week for a month, so any donations we get will make a huge difference.
