Four Outlaws. Four days. 343 kilometres coast to coast across one country.
In late 2017, four runners and friends with a shared love of drinking Negroni, eating pizza and good times came together to form the Outlaw Run Crew.
July 2018 will see The Outlaws make their team debut at the "Dall'Adriatico al Tirreno", an Italian coast to coast stage relay with a cumulative distance of 343 kilometres and over 6600m of elevation gain.
The starting gun will sound in Cattolica on the Adtiatic Coast, with the tape being broken four days later at Marina di Cecina in Tuscany.
Each team member will run one leg on every one of the four days, typically around the 18-24 kilometre mark.
That will mean each runner completing approximately a half-marathon distance every day of the race, or two marathons in four days.
We've chosen to run in support of two charities, and you can find out more on the individual fundraising pages:
Centrepoint, who help homeless young people aged 16-25 with accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training and employment.
St. George's Hospital Charity, who direct their funds to create extra equipment and facilities for St. George’s Hospital Tooting and Queen Mary’s Hospital in south west London, helping to improve the patient experience.
Your support is always appeciated.
We promise not to spend the cash on orange Itlalian cocktails.
