We are three ladies who each have overcome their personal challenges who found friendship along with a love of exercise.
The Cardiff Half Marathon is the ultimate challenge for us and it will also give us the opportunity to raise some money for a well deserved charity.
Christian Lewis attracted us as a charity because it supports children and families when they need a little bit of magic through their troubles with childhood cancer
