This year the girls at Parrington House have decided to get off our lazy asses and do something better than eat biscuits in front of Ex on the Beach.
We're getting pretty muddy, sweaty and out of breath for Cancer Research UK, by completing the 5k obsticule course.
We may be 'Pretty Average', but it's for a far-from-average cause. So please donate, not for us, but for Cancer Research UK.
We all know someone, in fact many people, who've been effected by cancer. Everyone does.
