Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page.
We've joined together to raise money for PSPA. If you want to know more about PSP please visit their website

Our 'Challenge' amongst many other fundraising events, is to climb the three highest mountains in the UK namely Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon on three consecutive days. We could have really taxed ourselves and climbed them in 24 hours (proper 3 Peaks Challenge) However being Ladies of a certain age we decided it would be far more fun to do the challenge at a more leisurely pace and we also wanted to appreciate the views whilst climbing (and still be alive at the end of it!!!)
Our 'Team' consists of three intrepid explorers, namely myself Mary Neil, on the left of the photo (40 something and evidently going through a mid life crisis to have agreed to do this) Fiona Bell, middle in the picture (most evidently also suffering some sort of 'crisis') and Jean Parnaby (tuther looney in photo, who hopefully will be the calming influence on the adventure)
Fiona & Jean have a very close friend Jean Mooney whose husband John has been struck down with this terrible disease for the past eleven years....Jean writes
John Mooney has been battling this cruel illness for more than eleven years. He was such a fit and healthy fine man, who was always ready to help others. The whole family has been deeply affected by PSP. Raising awareness and funds for research is so important for an illness that currently has no cure.`
So my friends, please dig deep and help us make a difference.
