Thanks for visiting Rubys fund raising team page. Ruby was diagnosed with AML leukaemia in October 2015, only 60 children per year are diagnosed with this type of leukaemia. Ruby spent a lot of time in hospital during her 4 cycles of aggressive chemotherapy, and she always had her trademark smile on her face! Thankfully on May 26th 2016 Ruby was given the all clear and is now enjoying life again. We decided to raise money for bloodwise as they are the only charity who are researching pediatric aml and currently they are researching relapse rates which is something close to our hearts.
