A team led by Professional Services at the University of Aberdeen is undertaking the Great Aberdeen Run in memory of Sue Richardson, our former Director of Finance, and a good friend to many of us.
Sue sadly passed away in May 2018, after a relatively short battle with brain cancer. On hearing of Sue's diagnosis, we intially set out to raise money in support of her cause, but following her passing, that resolve has strengthened, and we are determined to do her proud - we want to raise as much money as possible for Brain Tumour Research, in Sue's name and memory, in turn helping to support others who may fall victim to this disease.
Sue was a keen runner, pictured here after completing the Great North Run, and in honour of that, we want to use the Great Aberdeen Run as a vehicle for raising funds on her behalf, for the chosen charity, Brain Tumour Research (https://www.braintumourresearch.org/). We would therefore invite you to support the team by donating generously in memory of Sue - knowing it is very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
