And so it is for the Prince's Trust and the RAF Benevolent Fund (RAFBF) as they support society's future (proto) stars and today's red giants to deal with and adapt to life's challenging ride. Beacons of social and welfare care, both charities are there 24/7/365 to help individuals, families and society navigate life's ride.
They are mindfulness in action, and cycling c.970 miles from Lands End to John O Groats over 9 days of September is my commitment to supporting them both.
