SAMH is a charity very close to our hearts, we have all had to deal with mental health issues both personally and in the family. As a result of our caring passion to help others, two of us are mental health nurses!
On the 1st of August 2015 the three of us will be jumping 10'000 feet out of a plane as we are participating in the SAMH Superhero Skydive event in St Andrews.
It is our team goal to raise £1500.00 for this amazing charity but most importantly our main goal is to raise awareness of mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding it.
