We've joined together as a family (Megan and Jasper too!) to raised money for NACC.
At the age of 20, Emma was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and over the last 12 years we as a family have had some good times and some very bad times.
One of the key and consistent areas of support for us over the years has been NACC. They do some fantastic work towards helping and improving the quality of life for people with Crohns and Colitis e.g. providing practical help and guidance, setting up helplines and local groups. NACC also funds research in identifying the true cause of these diseases and a potential cure.
