Travel first class by bike with Tour de Latitude proudly supported by M&S.
This initiative was started by Latitude and M&S in 2012 to encourage festival goers to reduce their carbon footprint by cycling their way to the festival in Suffolk, whilst raising vital funds for charity.
This year the Tour de Latitude will be raising vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, helping them in their life-saving work supporting seriously ill children and their families from across the UK.
The route will be sign posted, with mechanics, cycle guides, emergency response, and M&S refreshments every step of the way. Cyclists’ baggage will be transported separately and cyclists will have their bikes securely stored at the festival on arrival.
During the ride there will be frequent rest stops for participants to have a break with full facilities, along with food and refreshments courtesy of M&S. Upon arrival at the festival cyclists will be greeted by a welcome team and will receive a Guest upgrade to their ticket, allowing them to enjoy access to Guest campsite and facilities to make the weekend even more special!
For the return trip Latitude will provide Tour de Latitude cyclists who want a more relaxed return journey with a coach transfer to their starting point, where they will be able to collect their bike from secure storage, and enjoy a well-deserved recovery after the best weekend of the summer.
