Me and some friends are taking part in an Olympic Triathlon to help raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance. This will include a 1.5km Swim, a 40km Bike ride and a10km Run on August 5th 2012.
On April 25th one of our friends Andrew was in a serious car accident where he sustained some serious head injuries. With the help of the Air Ambulance and the Emergency services he survived. We would like to Thank them for what they did, and what they continue to do for others daily, they are true heroes!
The North East Air Ambulance rely on donations and fund raising as they are not a goverment funded Charity, so please donate what ever you can to help them to continue saving lives.
