We are a driven, dynamic society, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the wonderfully rich religion of Hinduism whilst providing great social interaction with other university students. We are a part of the National Hindu Students Forum (NHSF), the largest Hindu student movement across the country.
As one of the largest societies on campus, we hold a vast variety of events throughout the year. We have plenty to offer and are keen to make sure that Hindu Society feels like a 'home away from home!' Take part in regional and national sports competitions, fashion shows, dance classes, and many more social activities that will change your university experience!
We strive to Preserve, Practice and Protect the Hindu dharma - through weekly interactive aarti, Diwali celebrations, Holi and sewa opportunities, we are keen to promote the values of Hinduism in a fresh, modern way!
We welcome all students regardless of their background or religion and strive to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charities.
