The Warrior Adrenaline Obstacle Race is a 5km run with army like obstacles along the way set on the spectacular Dunstable Downs.
Trudie, Paul, Molly, Ellie, Helen, Ema, Zoe and Seb are completing/competing to challenge ourselves, kick start our fitness and to have a laugh.
Help for Heroes supports our wounded. Help for Heroes provides practical direct support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
