Wollaston Association of Youth (WAY)
To help and educated young people through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
WAY is a local charity in Wollaston, Northants that provides a building for the Pre School, Sunrise and Sunset club and local Scout group.

The Wollaston Challenge
2011: Year 1 Challenge – 3 Peaks
On the 6th May 2011 a team of 14 of us will be attempting to successfully complete the 3 Peaks challenge. This involves climbing the highest mountains in Wales (Snowdon), England (Scaffell Pike) and Scotland (Ben Nevis) in under 24 hours including the drives between them. This will mean being on at least one of the mountains in the dark with only head torches and the stars to light our way. The team has a mixture of experience, age and fitness. Of the 14, there will be 12 climbing and two will be the drivers and support crew – kindly pitching our tents for us at the bottom of Ben Nevis for when we complete the challenge. That’s right, no comfy B&B for us!
For most, if not all of us, this will be the toughest physical challenge of our lives so far.
