Helen was an inspirational lady who for 13 years battled cancer before passing in September 2013 and during these years Helen set about raising funds for RUH Forever Friends and Dorothy House Hospice. The Helen Straker Charity was formed in her memory and has raised over £1million to support these and other charities.
