TCI owns Woodmill Park, a large greenfield site in Torrance. Fairy trails, picnic tables, wood carvings, a see-saw and rocking horse benefit the community. Informal games/sport take place and dog walkers are frequent. The park is also home to Torrance Football Club, with Saturday matches.
