Story
Cat currently has an offer for the ‘song writing’ course at the British Institute of Music: Manchester. This would initially be a pre-degree one year ‘Diploma’ course; whilst it does NOT carry any tuition fees, the one year diploma course is not funded like a degree course and Cat would have to fund her accommodation and living expenses herself. But Cat is a ‘pupil premium’ student, her family is financially poor and Cat is the official ‘Young Carer’ for her Mother who is disabled.
