On Boxing day 2015 the UK was hit with torrential rain causing unbelievable flooding. Ramsbottom and the surrounding areas of Summerseat, Strongstry and many parts of Bury and Rossendale were badly affected with many homes and businesses being flooded. The damage caused will have an impact on the families for a long time to come. Many locals have sprung into action offering help and assistance but we have also been asked if people who can't donate time can donate funds to help those in need.
