<p><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Arial&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Lee passed away on the 6th April 2012 leaving behind much loved friends and family. Lee will be loved and missed by all of us and has left a big void in all of our lives.</span></p>
