<p>I'm running a marathon. I'm not really sure how I feel about this as I signed up to do it in a moment of complete lunacy, but nevertheless, the time is nigh and I need all the help I can get. There is a bigger reason for marathon running (aside from my wish to stop smoking)- About a year and a half ago I started volunteering with a charity called Body & Soul. Most Thursday nights I spend with a bunch of teenagers all of whom are affected by HIV in some way. The space that Body & Soul provides and the service it offers is something that can't have a value placed on it. It's a really special charity and one that deserves all the funding it can get. So, any proceeds that you care to donate are going straight to Body and Soul. Go on, be nice.</p>
