<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit&nbsp;our JustGiving page.</p> <p>1 SCOTS, 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland will shortly deploy to Afghanistan over 2012 and 2013.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Battalion will include over 500 men and women from across Scotland and the rest of the world.&nbsp; The mission will be to support Internation Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) and&nbsp;Afghan Forces.</p> <p>Regrettably, a number of 1 SCOTS soldiers paid the ultimate sacrifice&nbsp;during past Operational Tours, and others have been dreadfully wounded.</p> <p>The funds raised from this&nbsp;JustGiving page will&nbsp;support those soldiers who have suffered serious injury whilst on operations, and&nbsp; assist the families of those killed,&nbsp;at the current time and&nbsp;during future deployments.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
