Simon and I are going to complete the etape Cymru. It's a 100 mile road bike ride which climbs over 6000 feet. Why, well we're raising money for St Kentigern.


St Kentigern Hospice offer a quality palliative care service for people with life threatening or life limiting illnesses. They focus on the patient's quality of life by controlling symptoms through a holistic approach taking into account their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.

 

My mum has had therapeutic treatments and support from the team at St Kentigern and any moneys raised will really help them continue this service.

 

So please dig deep and donate now.
