<p><span style="line-height: 13px;">Simon and I are going to complete the etape Cymru. It's a 100 mile road bike ride which climbs over 6000 feet. Why, well we're raising money for St Kentigern.</span></p>

<p>St Kentigern Hospice offer a quality palliative care service for people with life threatening or life limiting illnesses. They focus on the patient's quality of life by controlling symptoms through a holistic approach taking into account their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.</p>

<p>My mum has had therapeutic treatments and support from the team at St Kentigern and any moneys raised will really help them continue this service.</p>
