Whilst on holiday at Lands End in 2009 and saw some cyclists finishing their 1000 mile challenge from John O Groats to Lands End. I thought what a great challenge and felt inspired, all I needed was about 5 fools to do it with and a reliable driver, the fools were found easily and father in law stepped up as the driver.

  Then the next thing was a worthy charity to do it for, unfortunately last year one of my close friends (Russell, who is one of the fools) broke the news to me that his 11 year old Daughter had a rare cancer and that the charity CLIC SARGENT had been great to them as a family.
