<p>I'm Andy Mason has and I'm challenging myself with an Epic 1000 mile ride over 7 days (including a 200 mile leg in 24 hours) from my home in Shirebrook to San Sebastian in northern Spain.</p> <p>I am riding to raise money for the Central Notts branch of Mind, the mental health charity. This charity is particularly close to me after I sadly lost my son in 2007 through depression, an illness that Mind help diagnose and support sufferers through.</p> <p>I will be supported along parts of his journey by fellow Bolsover &amp; District Cycling Club member Tony Patterson and Paul Brown, with Paul Sewell providing back up as the "broom wagon".</p> <p>You will be able to support my fundraising quest by donating through Justgiving.com here</p>
