Cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) 10th - 24th June 2007, is something I have wanted to do for years, so choosing to do it was easy. Deciding on which charity to do it for was a lot harder, as there are so many worthy causes that rely on public support.

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice is just one of many deserving hospices. I have chosen it as it was where my dad spent his last few weeks before he died from prostate cancer. The love and care by the staff at that time has often been in my thoughts, so this is a way of saying 'thank you'.
