Walking 1000 miles over the next 12 months to raise £100,000 for Multiple Sclerosis research ...
Robert Kyprianou and Len Williamson have dedicated 2010 to walk 1000 miles to raise money to accelerate research into repairing the myelin sheath (which is destroyed by MS).
Repairing the damage caused by MS and re-establishing lost physical and mental capabilities is something which is longed for, and this research means this dream could finally come true for people with MS. By raising £100,000 to donate to the research fund, Robert and Len hope to bring this day closer for those whose lives have been affected by MS.
£11,096.44 of the offline donations has been directly sent to the Cambridge University. Remaining is sent to the MS Society National Centre.
