Story
Done! I got just inside my target time of seven and a half hours, finishing in 7:28:20.3.
It was very painful, but felt great at the finish. Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, and there's still time to do so if you'd like to!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
On Saturday 5th July at the Royston Leisure Centre, Hertfordshire, I'm aiming to row 100 kilometres on a Concept 2 indoor rower to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The photo shows some of the action from the British Indoor Rowing Championships in November 2007, at which I took part. That was less than 7 minutes of pain... 100 kilometres will take more than 7 hours.
But the cause is a worthy one... cancer of one form or another affects one in three people in the UK at some time in their lives, so the chances are that if it doesn't affect you, it will affect a relative or someone close to you, as well as many people you know.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cancer Research UK gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
