Story
This year Lou Kitchener, Julee Yew-Crijns, Sally McGregor and the UEA Yoga Club are hosting the 108 Sun Salutation Challenge and for the second year running, we are raising funds for the Hamlet Center Trust.
The idea is to complete 108 sun salutations (of any form) within the three hours. However, nobody is counting except yourself (or your friend if you bring one for support) so you do not HAVE to complete 108. For us, your participation is way more important and we hope to fill the hall with lovely yogi's and yogini's from all over Norfolk to share the day.
We are also happy to be working with the Hamlet Centre again this year, a local charity that is doing amazing work with children and young people with disabilities. Please click on their page to read more about what they do. All proceeds raised from the day will go towards the charity.
We are asking for any sponsorship. If you are asking friends to sponsor you, please just ask them to mention your name here that. They can also text YOGA88 to 70070 and make a £2 donation. This will cost them nothing other than the £2.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Huge thank you for your support!
Namaste x
