I am not a 'runner' and never have been (in fact, I've never really done much sport of any kind), but I decided it was time to give myself a challenge, so as a result I did a 10k run for the Dr Hadwen Trust on Saturday 7th November.
This charity funds exclusively non-animal testing methods, seeking to eradicate animal testing for the benefit of the animals and humans.
