Claire, Liz, Jess, Brady, Dayna and Sophie are doing the British 10k London Run for Thembalitsha UK! On 10th July 2011 we will be running (some of us walking or crawling!) in order to raise money for the Village of Hope project in Grabouw, South Africa.
The Village of Hope seeks to help children infected or affected by HIV, AIDS and TB in two different ways: they have a 9 bed childrens unit to support those infected by HIV and AIDS and they also run community-based sports (football/netball) and lifeskills outreach in the informal settlements and squatter camps each afternoon.
