I am running the BUPA London 10K on Monday 25 May in aid of the Daneford Trust, a charity that helps young Londoners from all backgrounds participate in voluntary activities overseas.

Our work has helped many young people take part in worthwhile activities at home and abroad, giving them skills and experiences that have changed their lives and enabled them to help others in the process.  Many of our volunteers would not otherwise have the opportunity to experience life outside the capital, let alone Africa, Asia or the Caribbean, the charity's key areas of activity.
