We are a motley crew of five; made up of Mr & Mrs Doyle, Wiz, Rug and Little John, who are running the British 10k on 8th July. Between us we are hoping to raise lots of lovely money for a great charity called Allergy UK.

21 million people suffer from allergy in the UK, yet so many don't realise what kind of impact the condition can have. It can be life threatening and debilitating, but regardless of severity it has a huge affect on people's lives. Allergy UK offers an invaluable advice and support service, and by raising funds for the charity we are doing our bit to keep this lifeline for allergy sufferers going.

So please dig deep peeps, if nothing more than to see Mrs Doyle cross the line who up until a few weeks ago couldn't run more than two miles, and remains slightly scared!
