On Friday 6 March 2009, hundreds of people across the country will be downing their tools, putting their feet up and joining Quarriers in their 10 minute Tea Break to raise vital funds for our life changing services supporting disadvantaged children, adults and families across the country.

I want to put my feet up!
Getting involved is really simple.  All you have to do is follow our tried and tested recipe;

• Put the kettle on
• Lay some tasty cakes on
• Invite your friends, family and colleagues round
• Serve up your tea and cake
• Ask for a donation in exchange 

It’s as easy as 1,2,3…!  We can even provide you with a starter pack to get you going.

Help!  I don’t have a spare 10 minutes.

The money you raise will go towards helping Quarriers. Our life changing services support adults and children with a disability, families living in poverty, carers of all ages, young people with emotional, social and behavioural problems, people with epilepsy and young homeless people.
