About our Appeal

Stick 'n' Step was established in 2002 by a small group of parents wanting to make a real difference to theirs and others’ lives.

They all had a child with cerebral palsy - a disability that can limit mobility, communication skills and the ability to carry out basic tasks such as feeding themselves.

Stick 'n' Step is a conductive education centre in Wallsey, Merseyside, that provides free support services and therapy to these children and their families, and now - ten years on - we support over 65 families every week.

We do not receive government funding towards our work and rely 100% on donations from supporters to keep our doors open.

How you can help

This is your opportunity to help other families also benefit from our work, by helping with the appeal.  We want to raise £10,000 in one year specifically to help expand the services we offer our families.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure.  Once you donate you'll be given the opportunity to Gift Aid your donation - which enables us to claim an additional 25% of your donation from the Inland Revenue, at no extra cost to yourself. This means your donation of £10 is actually worth £12.50 to us, so please tick the box when it asks you to.

So please dig deep and donate now!

                                                   Thank you.
