I\'m attempting the longest run of my running career in July 2012. The race is called Irontrail (http://irontrail.ch/news-irontrails-1.phtml) and it is a 201km continuous trail race through the Swiss Alps and includes 12,700 metres of ascent. The route will take me from Pontresina via St. Moritz & Bergün finishing in Chur within the time limit of 60 hours. It\'s a huge challenge but one that I\'m determined to achieve!
