My name is Steph; some of you may know me as Punky. Those of you who know me well will already know that I am 22 years old and motorcycle mad. In 2007 I lost my Great Uncle to lung cancer and less then six months later his wife passed away after an 8-year battle with spinal cancer.

In my lifetime I have lost five people I love dearly to Cancer. I decided that I can either do something to battle this or curl up and let it continue to ravage other loved ones in the same way. I can imagine no crueler way to lose someone then to watch them whither away, and I want to do my bit to stop cancer taking someone else's loved ones away from them.

As I am motorbike mad I decided to do a sponsered motorbike ride. I will ride my 125 cc Honda CG (the silver bike above left) 125 miles to raise £1250. Not only that but with the help of local dealerships, online giftware sites, clothing manufacturers and other wonderful individuals I will also be holding an auction with all proceeds going to Cancer Research.
