Eikon helps children and young people to feel safe, heard, empowered, and supported. We listen, we talk, and we help them with the skills they need to live their best life. And we work with families and professionals to make sure everyone gets the support they need, so that young people thrive.

Story

On the 3rd July I will be attempting to run the 15 peaks challenge in Snowdownia, Wales.  The 15 peaks, also known as the Welsh 3000s, covers all 15 peaks in Northern Snowdonia that are over 3,000 feet in height.  In just 24 hours, you cover some 30 miles, including 14,000 feet of ascent and descent.  That's more than a marathon up and down mountains.

But as if that challenge isn't enough for us, our team of 3 are attempting to run the distance in under 10 hours.

This year I am raising money for two charities - Eikon and Hope HIV.

Donations made through this page will go to Eikon.  Increasing numbers of young people in the UK begin life in difficult or unhappy circumstances. Eikon's vision is to transform the futures of young people by providing support and challenging activities through their pivotal teenage years.
