Thanks for visiting our fundraising page for this crazy challenge we have set ourselves to undertake!

How we got ourselves into doing this I don't know - but one thing we're sure of is that'll test us to the limit! Do it and we'll become heroes!

You have probably heard of the 3 Peaks Challenge - well the 15 Peaks Challenge in Wales is several notches up as there's no let-up in the 24 hour period we have to walk the 52km route, taking on 15 peaks over 3,000 ft, totalling around 4,000m of climbing!

Crossing Snowdonia we'll have to take on the likes of Crib Goch (1,000ft sheer drop both sides - see pic) and of course Snowdon and the other greats of Wales!

It all starts at 3am when we'll leave our base at foot of Snowdon to begin the challenge. By sunrise we should be at the top and then the clock starts from there and the race is on to climb all peaks in Wales over 3,000ft in less than 24 hours! So the last parts could be done in darkness...!

Why Compassion? We think they're doing a fantastic job and several of our group sponsor a child through their programme. For more info check out their website - simply Google 'Compassion UK.'

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Compassion Uk Christian Child Development gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now and spur on to do this challenge and raise money for what is a great cause!!
