Thanks for visiting our page - your anticipated support is greatly appreciated.
Working together with the charity 1625 Indepedent People, Bristol Bridge Rotary Club hosted a Christmas social event for over 100 young homeless people in an effort to give them something to celebrate this festive season - on Thursday 10th December!
The venue was decked to the hilt with decorations, crackers and goodies laid up, hot Christmas dinner was gobbled down by all that attended, various games got people laughing, breakdancers came and entertained us and taught us some moves ... and the doughnut eating competition went down a storm!! Lots of good fun and memories for everyone involved!
As an extra special treat - we set up this page to fundraise enough money to buy every young homeless person associated with '1625' a £10 HMV voucher!
Although the event has come and gone and those that attended got their vouchers, there are many more young people that would appreciate the gesture - so your continued support this Christmas would be greatly appreciated!
These young people are not accustomed to a festive Christmas or a loving family with whom to share the occasion, so the more generous our donations, the bigger difference we can make to bring a smile to those less fortunate than oursevles at a time when it matters most.
Your support means alot - thank you.
