<p class="MsoNormal">On March 10, the Aston Villa vs. Fulham fixture has been designated as Acorns Day and a host of activities will be taking place to help raise funds for the hospice.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In the build up to the match day all staff at AVFC are undertaking activities to help raise funds. The Marketing and Communications Department, Security and the Community team have teamed up to embark on a monumental task!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">From 27th Feb through to 2nd March the team will as a collective complete 1874 laps around the Villa Park pitch.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Individually this works out to 63 laps or the equivalent of 13 miles (a half marathon).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Those taking part are;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Russell, Dan M, Alan, Kat, Lizy, Ravi, Vaq, Michelle, Tricia, Nadine, Sammi, Paul, Dan H, Bobby, Lucy, Tracey, Jack, Rob, the Football Development coaches and the Security team.</p>
