Story

Hi and welcome to the 1 Day 100 Hole just giving page for this amazing challenge for an amazing charity.

The Charity

Zoe's Place is a home from home for babies/infants who have life limiting and life threatening conditions.  Zoe's Place offers palliative, specialist respite, and end of life care for infants from birth to five years old.  Zoe's Place require in excess of  £1 Million  each year to provide the much needed service to their babies and their families.  As they get so little funding from the government they really need our help to raise these funds.  It doesn't matter how you give or how much - every little helps!

The Challenge

As our contribution to try and help raise these funds we will be attempting to play 100 holes of golf in 1 day.  The challenge will start at 4.30am (at first light) and will end around 9.30pm, so a real dusk till dawn challenge.

The challenge will see my brother Simon and I playing 5 and a half rounds of golf at Brancepeth Castle Golf Club on Thursday 20th June 2013.

We will walk nearly 30miles, play for over 17 hours and make over 1000 swings of the golf club each.

Your Help

We need your help to raise money for this challenge so we can help contribute to the running of this fantastic charity.  We will be trying to complete this gruelling challenge and hope you can help to spur us on with some amazing donations.

Along with this challenge i will be running the 2013 Great North Run so we aim to try and raise at least £500 this would be enough for a cot for 1 day.  Anything is a help and would be greatly appreciated, £19 is enough for a cot for 1 hour.
