Personally speaking, both Mick and I have "lost" close family to cancer in recent years, so it is a cause that is very dear to our hearts. This event is to raise monies to help in the care of the ones affected by cancer and their families. This is why we are doing the Macmillan 4x4 Challenge for the second time (7-9 March 2008).  In 2007, through sponsorship, donations and fund raising events; Team20 raised well over £4,000 for Macmillan.

The MAC4x4 UK Challenge is a 3 day endurance event, requiring good navigational skills, off road driving and excellent team work to arrive at the finish on the Sunday evening, More details: www.mac4x4.co.uk

In the 2008 event, a total of 60 teams will again take part. We are one of six teams entering under the banner of "TeamBOFA4x4." We have a collective justgiving account www.justgiving.com/teambofa4x42008 or please feel free to use this web page, if you want to donate just for Team20 - either way, all the money goes straight to Macmillan, as we have paid our own entry fees and fuel monies.
