Between now and 14th March 2010, I plan to take part in a number of running events from 10k's to the Adidas Half Marathon at Silverstone on the 14th March.

This year I completed the event in 2hrs 26m and am aiming to better that next year! Am also aiming to improve on my 10k times, hopefully getting down to 45mins and plan a number of these in the build up, including the London 10k this summer.

After a successful trip to Everest Base Camp at the start of the year, raising over £3500 for Help For Heroes, am now switching charities to Cancer Research UK, a charity of an equally worthy cause.
