It may seem a crazy idea but yes I am running 2013 Miles for Smile, a minimum of 5.6 miles a day if I run each day!   

 

I am doing this to give support to the wonderful work The Smile Foundation deliver, The Esteem Charity of the year.  The team at Smile work tirelessly to benefit small local charities in our region giving them the tools they need to succeed.

 

It is easy to support the big charities that we all know and love but we have some amazing small local charities on all our door steps that are in desperate need of support including The Hull families Project, Special Smiles, Butterflies and Sunshine House.

 

I hope my hard work not only raises funds, but more awareness for Smile and their 2013 charitable projects.

 

Please give generously as it will make the pain of all the miles on the cold wet and windy days go a little bit quicker and easier!
