We are now going to be doing the 20 mile bike ride on the 28/02/2010 instead of the 01/03/2010 to raise funds for ocd uk. The route will be from coventry to hurley then back to coventry.

I (James) am an ocd sufferer myself and in 2002 i was at my worst, i couldnt even go outside on my own. Ocd literally took over my life but i am alot better now because i got help. Ocd is sometimes called the secret illness because people would rather cover up their condition for fear of what people might think, thats one of the reasons raising awareness about ocd is important. Please help us to raise awareness and funds for ocd uk. thank you.

We have completed the bike ride. We started at 10:50 this morning (28th feb) and finished at 16:50. We rode about 30 miles all together. Thanks to everyone who supported us.
