The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Our goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men.

Mental health is probably the most topical issue that has yet to be properly addressed in society today. Male suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. The charity we chosen to address this are CALM who are leaders in this movement, providing free and anonymous helplines and chats by trained professionals, bereavement support as well as inspiring in many other ways. 

This is an issue that is very close to our hearts as it plagued families and friends in the all too recent past. No one deserves to suffer in silence, there is always someone to speak to, no matter how far away it seems.
