As i'm sure many of you are aware, a group of us are embarking on the 3 Peaks Challenge www.national3peaks.co.uk.  The event will dare the team to climb the 3 highest mountains in Scotland - Ben Nevis, England - Scafell Pike and Wales - Snowdon.  In total, the team will climb 10,000ft in under 24 hours (the equivalent of a Marathon over 3 mountains !!) 

The funds raised will go to the British Red Cross www.redcross.org.uk, who aid people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.  The Tsunami in Asia, War in Iraq and the floods in New Orleans are just a few examples of recent disasters where the British Red Cross have helped people.
